SR-7A October 3-4 Council of Chiefs Postponed

SECTION LEADERSHIP SUMMIT & COUNCIL OF CHIEFS POSTPONED | After careful consideration, we have decided to postpone the SR-7A COC event at Camp Ottari this weekend. The weather forecast is grim and the governor has declared a state of emergency for the entire Commonwealth this weekend. Periods of heavy rain are predicted across Virginia from tonight through Sunday with flood watches and warnings posted for much of the area. We are very concerned about participants traveling safely to and from Camp Ottari given the forecast of heavy rain, high winds, and flooding during travel time. 
An email will be sent to all participants shortly notifying them that the event this weekend is postponed. We do not yet know when we will re-schedule but will be in touch with that information as soon as possible. Please help us spread the word to members of your lodges who were to attend to ensure that everyone receives the word.
