By attending Conclave, you acknowledge and understand the following:

1. COVID-19 is a highly communicable virus, and a risk exists that you could contract COVID-19 by participating in Conclave, just like participation in any other similar activity with others. You acknowledge that Conclave is implementing reasonable protocols to reduce the risk of transmission, but transmission is still possible. You agree that you are aware of these risks and the dangers associated with the COVID-19 virus.
2. You knowingly and freely assume all such risks related to illness/death from COVID-19; and
3. You hereby knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm, and loss associated with participating in Conclave.

Conclave attendees waive all civil liability against Camp Rock Enon, the Service Lodge & Council, and Section E9 for any injuries caused by the inherent risk associated with contracting COVID-19 at public gatherings, except for gross negligence, willful and wanton misconduct, reckless infliction of harm, or intentional infliction of harm, by the individual or entity of Camp Rock Enon, the Service Lodge & Council, and Section E9.
