Exciting New Additions at the Conclave Expo

The Expo this year is going to more exciting than ever!! On Saturday afternoon, there is something at the Expo for everyone:

• Challenge yourself on the 30’Army Climbing/Rappelling Wall (Scouts under 18yo need a signed consent form).
• Come and see how the Virginia State Police Bomb Squadhandles a bomb threat- complete with their Bomb Robot!
• Compete in the “Arrow Craft Challenge”- teams of 10 Arrowmen or less will have 20 minutes to build-construct-craft something out of 101 cardboard boxes. Each member of the winning team will get a Bluetooth Wireless Speaker. Come prepared with your design in hand!!
• There will be Everything Paintball – at the Paint Ball Pit. Come learn about the Guns, Gear, and take some practice shots at the Paintball Firing Range.
• Do you like to melt metal? Not sure? Come and have a Welding Experience at the Boat House!
• Come and learn Gun Safety from a Sniper Instructor. He will have a large display of Combat and Sniper Rifles, as well as handguns. This is a display only- no shooting.
• Come and screen your own Commemorative SR-7A Conclave 2016 Patch for FREE. These will not be offered any other time.
• We all like to look at the stars- but what about looking at the Sun with Solar Telescopes!! You will be able to see Solar Flares and other exciting features- weather permitting.
• Have some extra energy? Come to the continuation of the Car Bash. Take some swings at a car with a sledgehammer. And if that is not cool enough, come and see the fire and rescue car crash extrication demonstrations.
• In the OA, we like everything BIG. Join in on the fun at Giant Chess, Giant Jenga, and the GaGa Pit.
• Do you love Robotics? Come to the Robotics Area- and learn from some experts- and practice your driving skills.
• The FBI is bringing their Mobile Computer Lab. Come by and get some and hands-on computer time.
• When Zombies take over the earth, the only way we will be able to communicate will be with Amateur Ham Radio. Come and learn about this important technology
